I rarely write reviews but this company is fair, honest, great prices, lifetime guarantee, and great communication. The installer who came out was a real pro and finished the exterior trim perfectly
This is a great two person team. Sean handles sales and admin, Vee takes measurements and installations. Great communicators who are patient and professional. I will use them again.
Sean & Vee were super informative and responsive to all of our questions throughout the entire process. Sean did not make us feel pressured to buy the way a typical window company / salesperson would, and he worked on our timeline. Once we officially ordered the windows, he gave us regular updates from placement, shipping, and delivery. American Energy carries the highest rated vinyl windows as reported in Consumer Reports. The cost was reasonable for the product they installed. The new windows have already made a big difference in my ability to mange my AC for the entire house. Today's temps were near 100 degrees and the house stayed cool with the AC set at 75 degrees. Also, and very importantly, American Energy's installer was top notch.
Sean and American Energy Windows and Doors did an amazing job with replacing our old and hard to open sliding glass door. The door gives us a much brighter and cleaner look and we are considering not rehanging the curtains. Installation went smoothly, they are courteous and helped us choose the right product without the pushy salesmanship. We recommend that you consider this company if you decide to replace your sliding glass doors over the more expensive companies. The full lifetime warranty is an absolute plus!!!
