Sean & Vee were super informative and responsive to all of our questions throughout the entire process. Sean did not make us feel pressured to buy the way a typical window company / salesperson would, and he worked on our timeline. Once we officially ordered the windows, he gave us regular updates from placement, shipping, and delivery. American Energy carries the highest rated vinyl windows as reported in Consumer Reports. The cost was reasonable for the product they installed. The new windows have already made a big difference in my ability to mange my AC for the entire house. Today's temps were near 100 degrees and the house stayed cool with the AC set at 75 degrees. Also, and very importantly, American Energy's installer was top notch.
Sean and American Energy Windows and Doors did an amazing job with replacing our old and hard to open sliding glass door. The door gives us a much brighter and cleaner look and we are considering not rehanging the curtains. Installation went smoothly, they are courteous and helped us choose the right product without the pushy salesmanship. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sean was recommended by my contractor and was not a door to door salesman. He didn’t require my husband to be home to give a quote - there was no pressure. Price was extremely competitive.. we had other quotes. The quality, style, and install of the windows far exceeded my expectations!
There was no hassle with pricing, the process of picking exactly what we wanted was super easy, and the installer was fantastic. As long as this company exists, they'll get all my window business.
