Very professional and very good customer service.
Great place! I have been a customer for years and received both electrolysis and laser hair removal from Melissa. She is kind, warm, and knowledgeable about her services. I highly recommend!
My experience here: Disappointing. I had to request to finish my sentence simply inquiring cost of a common procedure. I asked again if a financial rough estimate would/could be provided from a consultation. The answer: "no". Also when I got there on time for the appointment I made approximately a week earlier they didn't have me on the schedule. Either they were manipulated or just don't want to genuinely help. Decide for yourself.
Been going here for 2 years, I've had both laser and electrolysis. Great experience all around; they're very friendly/welcoming, and willing to explain things about what they're doing and why if you're curious. Their laser machine is the real deal, not one of those cheap IPLs. Very happy with the results so far.
I rate this company with a 5*. Have been going since November 2021. Love it!
