I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their customer service was rude and unprofessional, especially Mike, who responds to the reviews. The quality of their service did not meet expectations and their prices are unreasonably high. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid transacting with them. If there are any proper channels to report this business, I would appreciate any assistance.

I had the most bizarre encounter to say the least. Bad weird vibes all along. First red flag was having to sign an agreement to receive a $0 estimate. Then two men came to my house yesterday. One was a technician, the other one an aggressive salesman. He quickly told us he needed to “troubleshoot” for $175 which made zero sense. After digging deeper and speaking to the technician guy suggested the only option was to put our fridge on its own breaker. No troubleshooting needed. I asked for a price estimate. I hired the company to diagnose and fix flickering lights in my kitchen. They said I needed a new service panel for $5000 plus labor. I cpuld not afford it so I passed. After thinking about the issue, i realized it might be a problem with the breaker because it was just affecting one circuit. I replaced the breaker for $30 and solved the problem. Beware these guys - they are not honest and/or competent.
