We hired this company to fix our sewage system that was working, but having electrical issues. We agreed to the scope of work and paid a deposit. They started the job and then at the end of the day left the job saying they needed parts. However, the sewage system was now completely non-functional for the next 3 days while we waited for parts. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. The person I spoke with was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He constantly interrupted me, spoke in a sharp and irritated tone, and acted as if my simple questions were an inconvenience. "Last-Minute Cancellations by the Company" They canceled my appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Seriously. I had already taken off work, cleared my schedule, and was literally waiting for the doorbell. Then I get a message saying “we need to reschedule.” No explanation. No apology. And when I tried to book another time, they said it would be another two weeks. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like my time didn’t matter at all. Overpriced, late, and unprofessional. The technician arrived late for the electric installation, and the work quality did not match the high cost. Customer service was unhelpful when I raised concerns. Definitely not worth it.

I had a disappointing experience with American Electric Services. Communication was inconsistent, and responses were often delayed. The work did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. There were also scheduling issues that caused inconvenience. I believe there is room for improvement in customer service, transparency, and overall workmanship. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and works on improving the client experience.
