Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. The person I spoke with was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He constantly interrupted me, spoke in a sharp and irritated tone, and acted as if my simple questions were an inconvenience. "Last-Minute Cancellations by the Company" They canceled my appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Seriously. I had already taken off work, cleared my schedule, and was literally waiting for the doorbell. Then I get a message saying “we need to reschedule.” No explanation. No apology. Overpriced, late, and unprofessional. The technician arrived late for the electric installation, and the work quality did not match the high cost. Customer service was unhelpful when I raised concerns. Definitely not worth it.

I had a disappointing experience with American Electric Services. Communication was inconsistent, and responses were often delayed. The work did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. There were also scheduling issues that caused inconvenience. I believe there is room for improvement in customer service, transparency, and overall workmanship. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and works on improving the client experience.

I hired American Electric Services for electrical repair and installation work at my home, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Throughout the job, there were loose wires left exposed, unfinished connections, and what was supposed to be a straightforward replacement took far longer than quoted.
