My experience with customer service was very positive. The representative was professional, respectful, and helpful. He had the electricity on a condo I bought transferred in my name at a future date. Excellent work.
Prices are insain. They want a 504 dollar deposit. And they will charge double the amount of your bill for a reconnect. So our 150 bill was made 300. Ever sense we started dealling with the company. Its ither go with out lights or starve. Bottom line they are a company from a Sanctuary state. So expect to get screwed
Power been off for over 24hrs, bet not send me no letter bout osying my electricity bill cause I'm not.
