Prices are insain. They want a 504 dollar deposit. And they will charge double the amount of your bill for a reconnect. So our 150 bill was made 300. Ever sense we started dealling with the company. Its ither go with out lights or starve. Bottom line they are a company from a Sanctuary state. So expect to get screwed
Power been off for over 24hrs, bet not send me no letter bout osying my electricity bill cause I'm not.
Read your bills thoroughly. They hide all the details and important information of extra charges and bullshit fees on PAGE 5 in fine print. They can basically charge extra fees/deposits etc for any reason and you have to pay it. The people on the phone are useless and say that’s just how it is, you can find this info in the handbook.
Absolute joke of a company. Fake response estimates - expect to be told you have a ~4 minute wait time and never hear back. Getting anyone from this company to actually pick up a phone has to be one of the hardest tasks in the modern world. I’d be surprised if they actually had more than 1 customer service staffer. Feel free to subscribe to text notifications only to receive absolutely nothing and wait in limbo as they take a whole day to even bother turning your power back on.
