These apartments are located at the edge of Downtown St. Joe, and pretty close to the river walk. The local area is not bad in terms of the clientele and nearby people. The units themselves are quite nice with updated in unit laundry machines, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. There are a couple in building amenities such as a decent apartment* gym, a yoga room, and club room. Lived here in a large studio for 4 years and loved it! Very secure, very clean, and well maintained building, with access to community rooms and a nice coffee shop downstairs. Management/maintenance are kind, communicate well, and are quick to address any concerns. Pest management is done regularly too, never had an issue there.
I lived at AE for nearly two years and was really happy to live there. The facility is well taken care of and the staff is helpful and responsive. This is a great place to live!
Not a very quiet place
This was the best decision I have ever made. I cannot begin to say how attentive everyone is. The amenities are incredible. Mail Room for packages and outgoing. Doggy wash…what! Elevators, no stairs. Work out gym, not that I used it but it is really nice. Faith and the team are priceless!
