We got the aged beef burger, the tallow fries, and the grilled pork loin sandwich. The latter two were delicious but the aged beef burger was funky as hell, could not finish it. I guess it is an acquired taste.
Lamb burger, loved and crazy for a great lamb burger. Excited to find this place which is a meat store but on the side, you can order burgers and fries. Their burgers are made from dry aged meat. Loved exploring the ferry building. So many things to see and try. My best experience with lamb burger was in Vegas at Ri Ra Irish Pub in Mandalay Bay hotel but this is not bad. Absolutely some of the best food I've had in SF. Located inside the ferry building on the bay. I had the BBQ breakfast sandwich and the wife had the bacon breakfast burrito. BBQ and a fried egg on brioche bun with onions is a hard combination to beat. The wife's burrito was huge. Wonderful start to our day on the bay. Thanks guys! The butcher shop looks well stocked and tasty.
