I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. I was having a dispute over being refunded for an order that was sent in the wrong sizes. One of your customer service representatives was extremely RUDE. He didn't want to hear anything I had to say and kept interrupting me.

Cassie is amazing. I've never been able buy clothing here before (I'm a size 16) but AEO got on the bandwagon with us regular sized folk. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have no idea what it does to walk into a commercial, hip store and buy off the rack! Cassie even got me into a size 14. I'm in heaven!!!!

Long time AE customer and this store may have lost my business forever. Employee opened the dressing room multiple times on my son and then proceeded to tell us only one at a time in the changing room. Disappointed in the company
