Great clothes and very nice people
I purchased with American Eagle online as an international buyer. 2 out of 16 items arrived in tact. American Eagle have ignored my claims and my questions, and are refusing to help. I have photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and they have passed on none of their refund from FedEx. Lazy customer service, lousy quality clothes.
I ordered my sons clothes online, our nearest store is just under 1 hour away. I received his clothes promptly, about 2 business days later with its SECURITY tag on. I immediately called. My options were to 1. Drive 1hour to get the tag removed (currently cant drive due to shoulder surgery, never enjoyable to drive 1hour anyway) or 2. send back on my dime and time. I reiterated the absurdity of their plan and then they offered to pay for shipping back to the warehouse. NEVER shopping at AE again.

Not happy at all when I ordered online. I have to wait for a deal to get my son pants. It was a buy one get one 1/2 off. Half my order got cancelled because they ran out of stock. So now his pants that costs me 2 pair for 62.00 is now gonna cost me 84.00 because I don't get the deal which is AE's fault.
