Given the option they would get no stars. When you pay $50 for a pair of jeans the quality should be high enough to last longer than three months. (Two pairs have now faied) And when they don't, a company should have enough integrity to remedy the situation. Many other stores stand by their products. This one does not. They will get my business from now on and I will be sure to share my opinion of this establishment whenever possible!
I was ordering online, after I choose all the pieces went to check out, o surprise like 6 pieces not available only two wf.. Very disappointed.
I have always loved AEO but the online customer service is very poor. Love the clothes, love the stores, hate the customer service center!
