We walked into this Harley Davidson dealership today as two clueless shoppers. Just wanted to look around. We met Rich, who made a beeline to us, and he sure was helpful. He patiently listened and playfully asked questions. He was full of knowledge. We didn’t buy yet but thats okay. My husbands not ready. They signed him up to take the drivers course and then we will definitely find Rich again to make our purchase.
