I am totally pissed off! I read all these good reviews n here I am pissed. So I am posting this to see if they just keep good one for people to see! I put my app in yesterday 3-5-17 n one of the salesmen call me the next day to start the process, later that day he texts for some info. I sent that info, then later that day he text needing more info. So I tell him I had other options I was looking at n I would send him the info the next day! I probably wasn't the picture perfect customer, myself. My shifter shaft on my '15 Limited stripped out for the third time in 32k miles. They had the parts, got me in last minute and fixed my issue. While there the safety check caught my rear brake pads we almost metal to metal, they showed me what they saw and I had them change the pads out. While changing the pads the tech caught a slash and hole in the rear tire. The team at AEHD may have saved me some very dangerous incidents in my near future.
