This place is consistently great! They provide good service inside the showroom and back in parts they’re knowledgeable and make an effort to help you out. In addition, there’s always something going on outside to make sure they provide a venue that’s safe and fun!
I have dealt with 5 different harley shops looking for the bike I wanted went in to American Eagle to talk with Tony he knew I was looking at the 2017 street glide and had me take it for a ride I decided that I didn’t like the way it felt too smooth ended up with a used 2016 street glide and Tony understood and so did Scott. In May I bought a 31000 thousand dollar bike from American Eagle Harley beautiful bike. But after riding it home every little bump in the road made my front shocks bottom out. I took the bike back to American Eagle and they tell me that's the way it's suppose to be and if I wanted to fix it from what it's doing I would have to pay for it. If this custom bike is a representation of what Harley represents I will NEVER buy another Harley in my life. I will absolutely NEVER step into American Eagle Harley again.
