UPDATE -- They keep raising the rental rates and it's gotten so bad that I am seriously considering taking my business somewhere else. Seriously, DO NOT rent here unless you're willing to pay more for your unit on a regular basis!! I would NO LONGER recommend to family and friends.
As others have stated, management is difficult and they have charged more for the units multiple times since I've started using them! I would not recommend you rent here!
Storage unit was well built and clean. But their administration is straight bad. The payment system is archaic (only option is bill pay initiated from your bank) and there is no understanding on management’s part of something happens due to no fault of your own, they’ll just demand extra fees. The site manager is also rude, belittling me during every interaction I had with him. There are far more customer focused storage places in the fox valley.
Nice storage unit . Have a very safe feel to them.
