Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Tried to force me to pay another $150 or lose out on the $200 deposit because they don't hold normal business hours. Then said this was all in a contract I never saw

We rented an RV from American Dream Vacations. The staff gave us conflicting information on how to run the generator and use the propane. They obviously did not know this vehicle which was confirmed by the gentleman who inspected the RV upon return. They kept our damage deposit without giving us dated photographs or a repair receipt for an alleged shattering of the glass microwave door. Beware - Bad experience. We were given a trailer that was an unsafe set-up and were charged $20.00/day extra for a pop-up when we exchanged. The propane tank flew off and into traffic an hour after we picked up the trailer. There were other issues and on top of that, we have yet to receive any reimbursement from the damage deposit which was supposed to happen in 10 business days after return. I would never recommend this company.
