These people call over and over if you have a camper for sale. Nothing short of harrassment.
RecommendedWe rented a motorhome for 10 days in July. It was by far the best vacation we've ever had as a family. We had one small issue during our trip and they were on it immediately. The people at American Dream were great to work with. We will definitely be back.
Run. Don't waste your Money. Rented an rv for two weeks to do the grand circle. Here's the list of issues. Generator quit 2 hours into our trip. Faucet in bathroom not attached to counter top. No mattress in sleeper sofa. Check engine light 2nd day out. Television inoperable. Waste hookup hose broken. The list goes on. Basically, these people do not main again these motor homes. Crooks! STAY AWAY they rent unreliable vehicles and when they break down its in the fine print for them to rob you they aren't responsible for anything! if you're unit breaks down and your stuck for a week during the holidays and and nothing open to repair it! When you do find out finally what wrong they don't even help you get home your on your own!
They are the most unethical company I have ever run across. I rented a motor home for 2 weeks - the transmission went out after 26 hours - it was the Christmas holiday so I was stranded until after Christmas to find a mechanic. They refused to refund all of my money and had the audacity to charge me because the gas tank wasn't full. Do NOT rent from these people. Go to Cruise America!!!!
I agree 100% with these comments!!! These people are thieves and ignorant because they don't listen to their customers. Felicia was noted to give herself s raise, that's because they used the exorbitant amount they charged us on repairs to do so. Our insurance company estimated about $1500 for some repairs, but their "reputable" repair company charged us $5800!!!!!! They didn't even care to tell us that our insurance company would only cover $500 of repairs, which Felicia told me they found out at the beginning of the year! ... read more
