Derek Porter is the man to go to for property inspections. My father was a real estate attorney for 47 years also a land developer and used Derek on several of his properties I used them for my house my brother used him for his house. Derek is the most thorough by far home inspector or property inspector I've ever heard of. He calls it like it is. If you are buying you want Derek inspecting your property he'll let you know everything that is not up to par.
Above and beyond. Derek arrived to my commercial inspection over an hour early. He took the time to answer all my questions and my concerns. Professional, responsive and completed the report the same day (very impressive). The report had lots of detail and suggestions for repairs. Very useful when you are trying to figure out if a property is worth purchasing. Thanks Derek! it was great working with you.
