Very friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my RV fridge while traveling, and found American Freedom Mobile Lifestyle was nearby. I spoke to Mike, and described what issue I was having. He mentioned that he could look at it, but if I needed a new part I would basically be wasting my money, since I was leaving the area a couple days later and it would take longer to get the part. I appreciated his honesty and glad I didn't spend money unnecessarily. Mike was very kind and he gave me some ideas to try.
American freedom is a wealth of knowledge, and very sincere in the feedback provided. customers best interest always in mind. fully recommend!
On our trip though the west; our new Lance 1062 water heater quit. American Freedom Mobile RV Service was super helpful. As a Vetran owned company they were even able to provide the fix at our location at a "Fam Camp" on Base. They were super polite, helpful, and professional! Thank You!!! Mike and Ethan did a very thorough job of inspecting an RV for me so I could decide whether or not to purchase a motorhome from a long distance.
