To start, he thoroughly cleaned and explained the hows and whys of his particular process. He was easy to ask questions about how specific machines and chemicals he uses are specially made to clean carpet types and the padding under the carpets. I had my basement and stairs cleaned, and one thing that stood out was how carefully he used his blacklight to find every point that needed to be cleaned. Absolutely wonderful service. We have worked with many, many tradesmen over the past few years, and Bill is #1. He was incredibly effective, efficient, kind, and well-priced. He took the time to explain his process and answer any questions. We were more than happy with his work. I will call him every time.
