I love how they implemented a fuel surcharge because gas was so high that they couldn't afford it. Then when gas went down, they left it in place for the same amount. A Fuel surcharge should change each quarter based on the cost incurred, not just be a charge.
Good family owned business, stop putting these business out of business and give it to corporations who will screw you/us at every turn.
They stole my trashcan because I cancelled service. I have had this can for 15 years, all they sent was a sticker. Thieves
The worst customer service ever .I called to complain about an early morning pickup and the nasty owner lady was rude and argumentative about something that should be common sense unless you don’t care about anyone’s right to peace and quiet while they are sleeping instead of making a $20 trash pickup every two weeks at 4 30 in the morning on a street where everyone uses the same trash pickup company except one house on the street because they are saving a$1 dollar using this company .Complete joke of a company
Worst customer service I have ever received. The company sent an email that trash pick up would be pushed a day due to snow(totally understandable) left Trash out on the day of pick up and nobody came. So I called and they told me that they actually went back to the normal pick up day(even though an email went out stating otherwise) and admitted confusion but said they would get a driver to pick up trash.
