Pamela is frankly one of the rudest people I've ever met. When the associate called to to process my return she just replied "what?!". She blatantly ignored other customers asking her simple questions not even 2 feet away. She has no business working with the public. She was inexplicably rude throughout the entire visit. Will go out of my way to never shop here again.
Absolute horse shit. The website is incompetently designed and as well as the "1-4 weeks for approximate shipping", they will ship it always on the 4th week. For the website, when you try to shop there is no option to get to the actual shop from the main menu; you have to google their shop to actually get to it. On top of that, their customer service? Try contacting them in the middle of the day, you'll only get to their voicemail.
