Dr. Ravi is excellent; however, the staff has been consistently rude and condescending on multiple occasions. They have changed appointment times without notice, even leaving voicemails confirming a later time than originally scheduled. Then, upon arrival, they gaslight us by claiming we are early and give us a hard time, all because they are too busy.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Was referred here over a year ago for a consultation because i was having upper GI issues. Dr Ravi walks in and says "we are doing a colonoscopy" let's schedule that. I said "wait I'm here for a consultation and thought we would start with at least an endoscopy" he said "no your chart days colonoscopy" and walks out while I'm talking with him. Well, I have to say I was a little bit nervous about going to this appointment due to some of the reviews. But let me tell you so far I am impressed; I checked in for my appointment and within a hour we were 100% done. Dr. Ravi listen's. He is a really nice person. Office people were helpful and kind.
04/2024, waste of time going here. He went for liver problems, didn't look at medical papers we took, scan, ultrasounds, medical doctor reports and last week's lab work. No examine and said colonoscopy. Staff was friendly and nice. Was worried about this appt. From reading previous reviews. Won't go there again. Wasted almost 3 hours there for a 10 minutes with Dr Ravi. What a JOKE.
