OMG. This place is no good. They have kept making my appointment that I didn't know nor agree. But they charged my credit card and stolen my money. I called my credit card company and let them know my situation and reissue a new card so they can not get my money with scam like situation. I hate this place because I saw a dentist's and he let me get x rays and didn't show the x ray and just asked me to do crown my teeth. I went another dentist and he fixed it very easily and he said no need to crown my teeth.
I scheduled an appointment over the phone due to severe tooth pain. During the scheduling, I specifically said to the employee answering the phone that it needs to be extracted. I know my teeth are in bad shape and that dentures/implants are in my future. I don’t need a full assessment. I don’t need a consult. I have an immediate need for relief from the severe tooth pain I am experiencing. I need my problem tooth extracted. Employees are friendly and don’t treat you like a number, which is nice.
