My wife and I normally go to the location at Chapel Hill Mall. My tooth broke while on a business trip near the Romig Road office. I called the office and they were able to easily pull up my records and see me THAT DAY! Let's just say I am now pain free! Thank you American Dental Centers! Tom Kline
Most dress professionally here, the staff makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They gave me information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Some of the equipment is older, but the office was clean and staff was very friendly worked me in on a snow day off. I haven't seen coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to!
Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
