TOTAL SCAMMERS. I would like to edit my review 6 months into using my $1,040 "retainers." My new dentist is disappointed in them being Invisalign. They have gotten loose in 6 months, luckily I got multiple pairs. My new dentist does not recommend this type of retainer due to the malleability of the material and the importance my teeth do not move any more than they have. Such an awful experience! I was referred to see the endodontist here by my dentist who is at the Grand location. I came for a CT scan and an endodontist consult. I was asked to pay upfront before being seen for the balance of the appointment, and then proceeded to wait 45 minutes to be taken back. After my scans I waited another 20 minutes to see the endodontist, who spent less than 5 minutes with me and had one foot out the door before I was able to ask questions. Dr. Budney is a wonderful dentist very professional and thorough. During my visit, I felt calm and comfortable, and everything was clearly explained to me. The office is clean and welcoming, and the care provided is truly exceptional. I highly recommend him!
DO NOT COME HERE!!! IF YOU WANT TO GET THE WORSE SERVICE BY RECEPTIONIST AND DOCTORS THEN YES THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU, THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR INSURANCE MONEY. RUDEST FRONT DESK PEOPLE EVER AND DOCTORS WHO WANT TO CHARGE FOR PROCEDURES THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY!!!
I had my wisdom teeth taken out. They were very misleading with the billing and the cost was double what I was quoted for. Instead of working and helping me through this process, the customer service person, “Cat”, said, “If you were good at math then you’d understand.” Some customer service there. I also got two fillings. One of them is messed up so bad, I could not floss and had to get another dentist to fix.
