The staff is always over worked. There is literally one dentist there the entire day. I had 2 root canals from there that never felt right but they passed it off. The put the cap on anyway 2 years and a few infections later guess what? I go back and they tell me that 1 had to be retreated but guess what again? None of their offices does retreatments! Their equipment is from the stone age so the doctors have to work with what they have. I went to another dentist today and his work was neat, painless and educational! He showed... read more
The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.They was RUDE.
