We needed a roof repair. In the winter we thought we had an ice dam. But after snow melted, there was a strong thunderstorm which caused rain not to drip but flow quite heavily. My husband went by google reviews and found American Custom Roofing. Nick came and went on our roof to see if he could see where the issue was. Wish there was a 10 star rating!!! If you need an honest, dependable, roofer or slider that does exceptional work….. this is the company to choose. Without hesitation, I would recommend them for all your exterior needs.
Kevin was amazing. We called him because we needed an unbiased opinion about a situation with our roof. He was extremely responsive and very helpful. He inspected the roof and took the time to explain in detail what he believed the issue might be. He never tried to sell us any work and even encouraged us to wait and see if any future issues develop.
I'm old fashioned and not one for writing reviews, but Kevin and his crew just finished a siding job on my house and their work was so outstanding that I felt I owed them a very satisfied review. I have worked with many contractors before but with Kevin and his Son Nick I really felt we were all a team looking to do the best job possible. My house is high with many trim features and they met all my expectations. I highly recommend them.
Kevin and the American Custom Roofing team did an outstanding job on our new roof. Kevin quoted a great price and was able to get the installation scheduled within 10 days. On the day of, the crew arrived first thing. They draped tarps to protect bushes and yard, moved potted plants on the porch out of the way, and were tearing off the old roof within 45 minutes.
