I had an issue with my roof. It was installed by a different GAF contractor just a few years ago. I had the other contractor out multiple times and they couldn’t fix the issue. Eventually they went out of business. I tried American Custom Roofing to see if they could help with the leaks. They quickly identified the root cause but also suggested I reach GAF to see if they’d cover it under warranty, even though it meant the work would ultimately not go to American Custom Roofing. Truly great customer service, show up when they say, charge the price they quoted, and left my yard cleaner than before they started. Price was very reasonable and their prices are amazing!! Definitely would use them again!!

We needed a roof repair. In the winter we thought we had an ice dam. But after snow melted, there was a strong thunderstorm which caused rain not to drip but flow quite heavily.
