American custom roofing and siding did an amazing job on my roof. It looks fantastic and everything was cleaned up very nicely. I had to reach out to Kevin a few times for paperwork that my insurance company required. Each time he was understanding and helpful. I recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.
Kevin and his team are the best! They promptly return calls/texts (that almost never happens these days). They initially addressed a leak I had by building a cricket around my chimney. Several years later, when I was ready to replace the entire roof, they provided a detailed estimate, along with potential additional costs if plywood needed to be replaced (only 1 sheet was needed). They started and finished the job on schedule! I would not hesitate to recommend American Custom Roofing!
After a raccoon caused great damage to our home by destroying our roof, Kevin and Nick of American Custom Roofing helped us recover and restore our home by replacing our roof. American Roofing did our roof 15 years ago. I had solar installed 3 years later and now we noticed water dripping. I called American and Kevin came out a couple of days later to check. He found a small hole where a bolt loosened up and fixed it immediately. Great service. Thank you for taking care of this issue so fast!!
