I ordered a pair of Rockport Wicker coffee tables. Within a few months the corner was warped and paint chipping both top, bottom and sides. I sent pictures and contacted the customer service without any resolution after weeks of responses. My opinion is they do not back their products. I am editing my review as the company ended up replacing my coffee tables and charging shipping only which was around $400.00. I am satisfied with the results and want to make sure I give them credit for resolving the issues!
We placed an order for an item that was back ordered, which was frustrating but understandable. The staff at American Country was wonderful in providing information on updates. They answered all inquiries promptly and fully. They were caring and solicitous, I felt as if I was dealing with someone who cared and someone I knew. The bookcase is massive and impressive, we love it! Thank you to all who helped!

I loved this store and this bed so much that I bought the bed! Located on Main Street in Ames it is easy to find parking close to your destination. In the store, most items are for sale but, very attractively, tags do not litter your purview of all the interesting offers! It is really a thrill, see the staff for more information and a no pressure, non-guided tour!
