New developments are being charged a lot of money for utilities as they are passing off the infrastructure costs in the form of the fixed costs on utilities bills. Very frustrating.
They don’t know how to answer a simple question. Never call back. They are a disgrace.
the customer service was great not as bad as others were saying. i was having a problem with getting into my account and i had left a voice mail and they called back rest my password and helped me out.
so i have noticed this company gets a lot of complains about its customer service but they really do try and help the best they can yes they could answer the phone faster and this token thing kind of sucks but other then that i was helped without problem once they answered.
