Horrible customer service. Had issues, they couldn’t solve it and said i would receive a call back, but never did. Also paying system itself is antiquated and awful to navigate through, plus their fees are horrendous if you need to use a CC! Avoid!
New developments are being charged a lot of money for utilities as they are passing off the infrastructure costs in the form of the fixed costs on utilities bills. Very frustrating.
They don’t know how to answer a simple question. Never call back. They are a disgrace.
the customer service was great not as bad as others were saying. i was having a problem with getting into my account and i had left a voice mail and they called back rest my password and helped me out.
