Our condo association had this company for years. Christine was very friendly to work with, but overall bills weren’t being paid and very poor Communication. We went to a new management company several months ago and we are still getting notices from collection agencies from bills that weren’t paid well with ACM. It was very frustrating.
We had this company for many years, they were notorious for not returning calls, and poor management. We recently switched to a new company this month so I called today to simpy ask the name of the new company so I could set up our hoa fees payment with them. The woman, Jane, on the phone was very difficulty with me, and refused to give me the name. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR HOA! I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life! Lynn Van Dyke was condescending at best when she deigned to speak to us, and clearly felt it was an imposition for us to ask her to DO HER JOB by sending an email clarification to our lender as we were trying to buy a unit in one of the condos they manage.
