I showed the property at 3631 SE 10TH AVE #105 CAPE CORAL, FL 33904 on February 24th. My clients are interested in the home however I have requested information about the dock and lift that was installed by the owners in 1995. My clients are requesting assurance in writing from the condo manager that the use of the dock and lift will transfer to the new owner of the property. I sure wish I could say something nice about their ability and/or willingness to do the work they are paid for. I can say the office assistant seems competent. Perhaps she should be the property manager
