Our condo association had this company for years. Christine was very friendly to work with, but overall bills weren’t being paid and very poor Communication. We went to a new management company several months ago and we are still getting notices from collection agencies from bills that weren’t paid well with ACM. It was very frustrating.
We had this company for many years, they were notorious for not returning calls, and poor management. We recently switched to a new company this month so I called today to simpy ask the name of the new company so I could set up our hoa fees payment with them. The woman, Jane, on the phone was very difficulty with me, and refused to give me the name.
