We had this company for many years, they were notorious for not returning calls, and poor management. We recently switched to a new company this month so I called today to simpy ask the name of the new company so I could set up our hoa fees payment with them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR HOA! I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life! Lynn Van Dyke was condescending at best when she deigned to speak to us, and clearly felt it was an imposition for us to ask her to DO HER JOB by sending an email clarification to our lender as we were trying to buy a unit in one of the condos they manage. I showed the property at 3631 SE 10TH AVE #105 CAPE CORAL, FL 33904 on February 24th. My clients are interested in the home however I have requested information about the dock and lift that was installed by the owners in 1995. My clients are requesting assurance in writing from the condo manager that the use of the dock and lift will transfer to the new owner of the property.
