7/15/15 - These guys have been to my house 3 times to fix a non-working AC. The 1st time, guy told my wife the problem was a air vent was blowing on the thermostat, causing it to think it was cooler than it was in the room. Left without doing any troubleshooting. 2nd guy 2 days later said a capacitor was bad and replaced. 'Not sure how long it will last' was comment. 6 weeks later, AC failed again.
