A professional and safe job accomplished today on Smith St Westborough
We have used them 3 times and each time they made quick work of the assignments. In total 43 trees have been removed. Couldn't have happier with the job they do.
We are still blow away by the outstanding job that American Tree Climbers did in our yard! An army of trucks arrived early Tuesday morning. Many of our trees were behind fencing and difficult to get to, so their huge crane made a big difference. It was fascinating to watch the teamwork of these hardworking men. A professional, thorough, capable team. A pleasure to watch them work and the job is done right, and they care about your home, trees and the job.
They did a great job cutting down the trees, but were unresponsive about the damage down to our lawn while they were here. I’d love to recommend them as up until that point they were great, but disappointing end.
Process was excellent start to finish - after coming in higher than a few other quotes they were incredibly polite and accommodating to come back out to the house to revise their quote, ultimately beating the lowest bidder. The were able to schedule us within a week and were in and out in less than 5 hours. We had 5 large pine trees taken down in our back yard and they were able to get everything up and over our house without needing to remove our fence or damaging the lawn. American Climbers came through when no else would. I had two very large spruces come down in a wind storm and it was no easy task to remove them. From Steve with his estimate to the crane crew and chip crew everyone was professional and safe! I'm so thankful for this company and their quick response to clear up a dangerous scene.
