Dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned for my husband and prepaid $19.48. When my husband picked it up, the owner told him he owed an additional $7.32 as her son had charged the incorrect price (she rang me up, not her son). Feeling very scammed and I will never return. The receipts she provided upon pick up do not make sense and do not accurately reflect the amount I prepaid.
Family ran and owned. This is where you can come and they will know your name! Great work, turnaround time and service is excellent. Need same day? Tailoring? Sewing? No problem. such a special family to support locally and they truly care about their work and customers!
They did an amazing job cleaning my daughter’s filthy wedding dresses (things that happen when you go hiking on dusty trails for the perfect photo) to brand new perfection! They are so kind, professional and honest.
This was the first time using American Cleaners and I am very happy with the turnaround time, quality and customer service.
