Hate to do this but after disregarding the existing reviews, I feel obligated too. The other reviews about being no-shows to scheduled visits is accurate. Being told 2 week part delivery time, only having to wait 3 months...myself having to check in for updates multiple times is my biggest problem. Especially considering it seemed that my inquiry was a surprise to him, perhaps his staff didn't make it clear what I ordered. The guys that are helping him are great. Fast and polite. The owner in the other hand…rude and Condescending. His time management skills are lacking. The original appointment was on Monday in the afternoon. I missed work and pay to wait for him. Had to call the shop to find out he wasn’t coming that day. (His work van was broken into. A simple call of “we can’t make the appointment today would of helped me a lot) Rescheduled for Friday am window. 11 am I called to see if they were coming out. Bob was condescending and pushy when I didn’t want to buy his spark arrestor. I disliked my interaction with him very much. Bob also said he would be here yesterday and he didn’t show. Today he gave no timeframe for showing up. He arrived just as we were starting dinner. I’m glad I got my chimney cleaned after we had a chimney fire, and I’m happy about how quickly that happened. This is why they earned their second star. That said, I feel dirty after THEY cleaned my chimney. I don’t recommend them.
I would give 0 if it would let me.Called this place, they set up an appointment on Tuesday between 9-10am, at 10:45 we called to see what was going on and were told they weren’t working in our town today and had no intention of showing up today (no call, no show) and when we told him we were going to cancel he said said “oh good” and hung up. Called a different place and set up an appointment in 2 weeks.
