I've used them for 20 years. I'm not sure what the other reviewer is complaining about, as they will make any issue right. They have one of the best techs in the Southeast and their staff is as friendly to the proscaper, as they are to the homeowner
If you want to hear a true American success story, learn something about Mark and Sheila, the owners. The rock solid principles, unity and devotion to their customers and affable and attentive consideration given at the counter are all reasons for their rise from clerks to business owners.
I have used them for sharpening and equipment maintenance for 10 years. I own multiple pieces of 2 cycle equipment several of which were purchased from this store. The service is second to NONE.They call when repairs are ready and old parts are returned attached to your tool so that you can inspect them.They are very good about notifying you about repair costs if you request that they do it before performing the work. the store is neat , clean and well organized.They have maintained the same core staff for over 10 years.
I've been going to these guys for over 10 years and have been satisfied. I've bought two Stilh saws and numerous blades from them. Minor problem: sometimes their blade sharpening isn't so great, but they always are happy to resharpen for free. Nice group of people.
I wouldn't take any piece of eqipment to this place if they were the last ones to ever fix Stihl eqipment again!!! I took two pices of equipment to have serviced and was told that it would be 10-14 days until they would be ready, well on the 15th day I called to check on it and I was told that it was going to be another 14 days before they could look at it. There customer service is the worse and they act like a bunch of dumb rednecks. So if you want your equipment serviced in a timely mannor take it somewhere else, anywhere... read more
