RecommendedI had a great experience with American Carpet One Floor & Home. From beginning to end, every aspect of my project was treated with care. We replaced every inch of the flooring in my home with hardwood, carpet, and luxury vinyl plank. I am extremely pleased with all of the materials that they provided, as well as the craftsmanship and installation services. Gene went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final product. I would absolutely recommend this company for all of your flooring needs.
I'm so happy with my new Mannington floors! Thank you to Carla for her prompt responses to my many phone calls, emails and texts. And Michael, the installer, was on the job solo and did an amazing job and was incredibly thorough. He has so much patience too because my fridge was too large to fit through any of the doorways so he somehow figured out a way to get the floors laid with the fridge still in the room! Impressive! Installers are not great. They want to arrive at 11am, take lunch at noon until 4pm and then return to work until 10pm. The completed work is not great. Gene does a good job but unfortunately, bad installers make a huge difference. Additionally, the installers will no show 3 times before showing up to complete the job.

I had a 4 bedroom house completely redone with wood floors. Gene Fischer found the exact oak parquet wood floor in the color i wanted. The installers did an excellent job with every piece they laid. The slate rock porch had to be mudded and made level with the main house to lay the wood floor. Excellent service from Mr. Fischer, excellent product, and excellent work from the installers. Everyone cared about their work and everyone was respectful no matter how picky I got about what i wanted.
