Amazing company with the highest standards and best customer service around!
I went with the extraction upon the technician recommendation, WOW what a difference. Then the just did a steam cleaning, my carpets look like new again, with NO residue. The men were polite and efficient, they moved my furniture and put plastic under the legs of the tables. I would highly recommend American Carpet to my friends and family. Great Job!!!!
They've had some scheduling errors but they get the job done well and their people are always pleasant.
Horrible! After 10 years of being a loyal customer I'm done! Just an awful experience after they no showed me on Saturday and then came here Monday with Attitude. Ramon is the WORST! DONE!
