Customer service for this company is straight up ridiculous. No one notates anything on your account. The representatives will laugh at you because they think it’s funny when you ask to speak to someone other than them. In all my experience with any kind of customer service this place rates a huge ZERO.

they could improve by not telling pepole false information. they told us we wouldnt have to put no more thsn 750 down for a car and was also told it didnt go by your credit and once we got there they lied and told us that we had to put 2000 dollars down for the oldest car on the lot they didnt even try to give us a option then they told us to go to another car dealership and get a car that was poor customer service.
