I've had my car for 2 years now and ever since I drove it off the lot I've had problems, I've had this car since I was 19 paying 500 a month for a used car. While getting the car was easy. The salesmen were good. The experience I’ve had with the bank is the worst. For that reason I recommend you STAY AWAY. The customer service from the banks call center is garbage. No assistance what so ever to help during the corona crisis. My job shut down and I have called and called to get an extension. After a week almost two a lady calls and says if I don’t pay she will shut my car off on Monday. I was never informed the car had a sensor in which it can be shut off. How unpatriotic is this? Their name AMERICAN car Center. 321-206-1130. A Presidential order to have flags at half staff until the burial of Sen. John McCain. Called them this morning they said they were going to lower it, here it is several hours later. They said they are not government so they don't have to do that.
