It's time for the City to put a 4 way stop and a crossing guard between Bettona way and West American Canyon road during start of school hours and end of school hours. Let's not forget the accident this morning and let's not wait for another accident to be happen, before action will happen.
First off BJ this was never called Vallejo! We were Napa Junction before Am Canyn. We used Vallejo post office but have always been Napa county? As far as the complaints about the hwy, why is this the citys fault? You should have lived here when it was just 2 lanes. City is doing just fine. Born here 73 years ago, family been here over 100 years, we ave come a long way.
We moved here a year ago and have been very impressed with the city. The city leaders are approachable and responsive. We have participated in many community events and have had a lot of fun and met some great people. It's conveniently located and we can get to Napa, Vallejo, and San Francisco (via the ferry or bus) very easily. We are looking at remaining here long term.
The management created chaos on what used to be a highway and they banned lawns on new houses but now they are developing at a crazy rate the city can't adapt to it. They promised fixing highway 29 at least 5 years ago and have done nothing
