Terrible customer service. The gate on the parking garage broke and I couldn't get my car out of the parking garage. I called maintenance and they said "20-30 minutes maybe". I had to make a flight so couldn't wait. Then I had to get a Fasten - only $22, I thought it would be no problem to get a reimbursement, right? Especially given that parking is $100/month. But no. And not even an explanation as to why. It isn't so much the money as the principle of the thing. If they are so unhelpful with this minor situation, I'm glad I've never faced anything truly important.

The worst management in Austin, Texas. Literally stay as far away from their properties as you can.
