For some reason my previous longer review was deleted by Google! I’d like to share my positive experience with the ACC Leasing Center at UCI. I had several questions and called the leasing office numerous times. I was helped by Veronica, Jonathan, and Julie, who consistently answered my questions patiently and graciously. Not once did I sense irritation or feel rushed; every interaction felt genuinely supportive. Thank you for all that you do to support UCI students and their families.
Jonhathon is wonderful
Slow to respond, far from campus, and does not give you the lease or roommates you want.
Refused to address concerns of rent deferment despite financial aid delays on the university level. Responses promise help, but staff do not communicate or return emails despite claims to do so over phone calls.
ABSOLUTE DISASTER MANAGEMENT. Unorganized, unprofessional. Online system non functional - need manual checks now!?! W.T.L.F.
