Drove to 3 different locations, 2 of them don't exist, the first one had the lights turned off, no one in the office, no one answered the phone; apparently this happens often. I've never once experience a doctors office behaving like this, it's truly unimaginable that a doctor just doesn't show up for work on the day of an appointment.

Office staff is nice but I’ve never seen such incompetence! Made follow up appointment for my elderly mother 3 months ago. We show up for appointment and they don’t even have her on the schedule!! Should have known since first time we went in the doctor talked to us but NEVER physically examined my mother!! Wouldn’t even consider going back....especially since they didn’t even try to reschedule us! Disappointed to say the least!!

Called/left messages for almost a week. Fax number states the number is no longer in use. I drove to the office today to find out what was going on. A message on the door stated "closed maintenance emergency" with no phone or fax number. What professional would not provide an alternate way to contact them no manner what kind of emergency. Glad I was not sick or needed an RX refilled.

Drs Blessing and Sebastian are good but irresponsible. I( have tried to make an appointment for a month with no results. I have gone to their now closed office 4 times and still no phone number or alternative Dr to contact. I am very disappointed and this borders on malpractice. What kind of professional simply disappears? I am trying to locate another GP because my prescriptions are expiring -- very unhappy over this behavior

Okay clinic until we really needed them. Dr Blessing was very sweet to my 93yr old grandmother but they were very slow to refill her medications. They canceled a numerous appointments and when my grandmother took a turn for the worse and we needed a referral for hospice care they stopped returning calls. I know their office is closed for maintenance but a good Drs office would have their number redirected and return phone calls. We ended up having to call 911 to get her to the hospital to get hospice care for my grandmother ... read more
