My garage door spring broke over the weekend. I called Terry on Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment to fix my door. Terry was very friendly and helpful in scheduling my service call for the next day. Alan, my service representative, arrived early for my appointment. He was quick, polite and very informative. I would recommend American Best Garage Door Service to anyone needing a new garage door or service.
I contacted American Best Door Service when I accidentally backed into my garage door while it was still going up ! True story kiddos ....don’t try this at home. Terry came over in a timely manner and replaced the bottom panel as well as the springs ! I’m one happy camper,it was fixed before my husband came home from work ! I will definitely call American BEST door service again ,they were affordable and very professional!Thanks again American Best Door Service !
Great service. Was having problems with my garage door opener so I contacted Terry with American Best Garage Door Service. I decided to just have him install a new opener. He had it installed in a timely manner and did not attempt to get me to upgrade to a more expensive one. I will call again if I have any problems. Great job.
I needed a new garage door and opener. Terry was very helpful in suggesting exactly what I needed and was able to work around my schedule. Great service, on time, and in and out in less than an hour and a half. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a garage door, opener or service. Great experience.
Terry the owner answered promptly when I called and gave me a quote that was $50 cheaper than Plano Overhead Garage without caveats. Terry had is repairman Allan over within 25 mins on a Saturday. Allan was polite and went above and beyond simply repairing my spring. He tuned up my door which included lubricating all frictions points, tightened all bolts, adjusted the upper and lower travel limits, and even retapped a roller that had stripped off the door. I could not be more pleased if I had won the lottery! I called in the morning and the work was completed that afternoon. Not to mention, these good ol boys will make you feel like you have known them forever. There is nothing like a family owned business. They rely on their reputation and the quality of their work. Give them a call, you will be glad you did.
