This has to the most disorganized place I have ever been to. Went to see the Wizard of Oz on 2/10/18. Got to the venue half an hour early. Not one single sign as to where to park, there was NO parking, rude and very helpful staff. Finally parked on the street where miraculously I was able to find a space. Had to walk a pretty long way, but there were no signs as to where the plays entrance was. Several events were being held. By the time we walked around and found the entrance we were late. Excellent experience every time- concert, basketball, hockey, Disney, graduation and most recently the boxing match!
We do not go there any more. Seats are very uncomfortable and crammed together. We went to Erwin Center to see Lady GaGa. Much better place for a concert.
You can’t bother to tell your customers that an event is canceled???? Instead you wait till I’m paying for parking!!! Announce it on social media at least...
