The workers are rude! Supervisor to busy for anyone 🙄 Plus during graduation no warning was posted till you have walked to the very front after parking a distance that no purses where allowed. A warning sign of some sort or something would’ve been nice before packing my mother’s medical stuff in her original purse!!!
Recently went to the NKOTB concert which was amazing! BUT the workers there are extremely rude. We were trying to find our seats and got yelled at for going the wrong way. There was not enough drink stands for any type of beverage. Literally missed the beginning of the concert waiting in line for 45 minutes for a beer to get told they were out of it by the time we made it to the front of the line. SMG has got to be the absolute worst management company. There are never enough drink stands. 30 min to get a drink is unacceptable. If you get balcony seats at the Selena auditorium be prepared to walk 3 flights of stairs to get concession items. Elevator was broken and AC was not up to par! As a taxpayer I'm ready to give another company a shot at running our venue.
