We paid for premium VIP seats for KISS. Upon checking in, we were relocated to cheaper floor seats without notice or reimbursement. ABC cited a “stage change” and offered no apologies. They were rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing.
RecommendedWe have always had a great experience until after the new year. Seems like some things have changed and for the worst. Very rude staff/security/ushers. Waiting outside forever before game to exchange vouchers which everyone there had a ridiculous amount. We even threw away a couple. Was really surprised by this. Not happy 🤨
Winter fest is the worst event hosted by the American bank center. Staff and management is very rude and incompetent. The snow man fell again and nearly killed the children. A child got her foot stuck riding the sled. Staff does not care. I made multiple complaints and nothing was done. I took my daughter to ice skate and she fell down. A kind gentleman by the name of Anjel helped her up. He also helped up many other children. He was prompt to get first aid for a child who looked concussed. This facility is great. But it’s run terribly. Smg is AWFUL! They won’t let you in with out a strip search, you have to wait 30 mins for tickets because they employ more security guards than box office personnel. And then they blame you for not being prepared when giving them constructive criticism about the ticket issues. Trying to get an 8 dollar beer is like solving the cure for cancer.
