The staff was nice, but entry in to Elton John was very disorganized and chaotic. They were telling people not to block the street, but they put up 5 metal detectors right by it....also, I wasn't aware I couldn't have a purse, so I waited in line forever, and when I reached security, they made me walk all the way back to my car and put it up. We had to go through a metal detector and when my husband went through it beeped because of his device in his back. No questions asked and just let him walk through. What was the point in that? Really!
It was a bit confusing on parking and finding seats. But once we got to the seats it was great.
The acoustics were horrible. The security was anything but professional or well trained.
Went to the Elton John concert for my mothers birthday, and it was beyond amazing!!! �
Great security last night at the Elton John concert
It took over an hour to get from the bottom of the stairs by the box office to get my ticket scanned and enter the Bank Center. Knowing how many people were attending they should ha e figured another way to expedite entrance AFTER the security scan. Where's Mr. Bean?
