Was there for the A&M graduation, the staff was rude and the bag policies were absurd. In addition not allowing camera's with detachable lens to a graduation is also ridiculous.
It would be helpful if they published signs in the newspapers about the fact that women. Men. Children/babies ca NOT take in anything larger than a clutch bag. No purses, backpacks, diaper bags, fanny packs, etc. BUT they may enter with clear plastic bags only. The high price of food and beverages is unacceptable and the bartenders are upset if they don't get tips!!! Changes people!!!
This place ia amazing, to enjoy or celebrate any event, or just to relazx in frin ofthe sea!!
Seriously was unorganized we had enter in one door buy our ticket then walk back out and then go through another door to enter the event. Prices were ridiculously high. I purchased a fresh popcorn for $6 and let's just say it was no were near fresh. It was so stale that it could have been from another event. Requested for fresh and 10 minutes later nothing. No signs saying enter on Shoreline entrance so everyone is knocking on the doors and getting rude service about how to enter on shoreline.
You are not allowed to take your purses in. You may only enter with a clutch or very small purse. So, if you are unaware of this rule, you end up leaving your purse in the car, leaving you at risk for getting your car broken into. I wonder if they even take responsibility in the event this were to happen? Doubt it.
The security here needs to learn how to talk to people coming for events and not just that have them all on the same page not some guy thinking he can have a power trip and no one say anything. Learn manners Cheer America i think it time to find a better venue for your holiday cheer comp
