Drove by their business and saw their American flag outside. It was so worn and ripped I politely called and asked if they could replace it. Lady was very rude and told me it was none of my business on what it looked like and hung up on me. Very UN-American company. Response to the owner... my investment to the flag is I've had one on my shoulder for 31 years serving this country as a Marine and Soldier. Any owner of a good business would have said ..thank you for bringing it to our attention. We will go purchase a $20 flag ... read more

Sadly I called and the receptionist sounded very bored and not interested in giving an estimate for an outdoor awning for our kitchen. She asked for me to supply a photo of what we wanted? I told her that we really needed direction and help with that and was hoping to discuss options during an estimate. She said they were extremely backed up and she just didn't know about helping us. I told her that that was okay, if they truly didn't want the business. She just sighed and said okay.??? I'm very confused with the phone call.... read more
