Poor customer service, called a few times for a part they had listed available, first few times they picked up the phone and hung up. Was out on hold for avout 5 minutes and was rude when I requested additonal pictures of items before making the 5 hour drive, yet been several weeks and never got any photos. Don't waste your time with this place.
I called to confirm the hours matched the ones posted and was put on hold after asking. For over 10 mins I waited then someone picked up the receiver and hung the phone up. I called back and finally got an answer and they were not going to be open the same hours that it said on Google and was going to be closing an hour earlier than stated. Overall the place is very rude and not helpful.
Girl on the phone was very rude and rushed me off and I couldn't ask all my questions. It felt like I was bothering her. I'd rather drive farther away than do business with them.
They are very rude especially the owner and very unhelpful.
